Q. Do you only see executives?

A. No. Our clientele come from all over the world and are busy individuals just like you.


Q. Do I have to live near you?

A. No.  Many of our patients travel in from all over the world.  Our expertise in preventative and proactive health keeps them coming back year after year. For those who do live within a couple hours, year-long concierge medicine packages are popular..


Q. Can you arrange transportation and accommodations?

A. We would be delighted to.  We are just 8 miles from the DFW airport and we can arrange our car service for you.  We also are across from the Hilton in beautiful Southlake Town Square.  We have a special rate with the Hilton and would be more than happy to make your reservation for you.


Q. What if I have to cancel my physical examination appointment?

A. Examinations at our office require several hours of time by your doctor and team of experts. This time has been reserved especially for you. Cancellation of an appointment within 72 business hours of your appointment fee will result in a cancellation fee of $375.


Q. How long am I at the office for my physical examination?

A. You should plan on being at the office for several hours. If your appointment starts before 8am, you should be ready to go around noon.


Q. Can I use the physicians of Executive Medicine of Texas as my primary care physician?

A. Yes, we actually encourage it for continuity of care. We offer a fee-for-service, but most patients choose to sign up for one of our many concierge medicine packages.


Q. Do you take my insurance?

A. We do not accept insurance for payment. You have the option of filing with your insurance for allowable reimbursement, but your payment to us is due in full at the time of service. If requested, we can provide you with the coded receipt. Each plan is different, so reimbursement is dependent on individual policy benefits.


Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept cash, check, Visa, and Master card. We also accept payment through your FSA and HSA.  Corporate executive physical exams may be billed directly to the company of a corporate agreement is in place.


Q. If my company is paying for my physical, can I add other testing?

A. Absolutely. We can bill your company (if under contract with us) for your covered executive physical exam and you can personally pay for any additional testing you would like to have done. For a list of other testing available visit our services page.


Q. Can corporate clients be billed directly for their employee exams?

A. Yes, as long as a service contract is in place.  As part of the contract, EMTX must be provided with the names of individuals who are eligible for the benefit.  Payment by a corporation can be made either by a corporate credit card on file or by invoice net 20 days.
