About Amy Hutchins

Amy joined the Executive Medicine team in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas and worked in the health and fitness industry for many years.
Amy was a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, holding certifications from American Council on Exercise and American Fitness Professionals & Associates for over 25 years. She’s a member of adidas 3-Stripes Instructor Program, a former EAS Sports Nutrition Academy Instructor, and has written for Sports Discuss and Fitnovatives Blog. Amy is also a certified Behavior Modification Counselor and has managerial experience in national weight control centers and Estee Lauder, Inc./Nordstroms.
Amy has three adult sons and three grandsons. In her free time she enjoys helping others, living a healthy lifestyle, and visiting local dog parks with her German Shepherd puppy, Beau.;
